In January of 1999, my wife and I moved into our new home, which we purchased with the help of JoAnne Krause. Beginning with our first meeting, we were extremely impressed with JoAnne´s knowledge of San Diego´s housing market and the professional manner in which she assisted us in finding just the right home. Over the past ten years we have moved four times, and JoAnne made our move to California the most enjoyable and satisfying experience we have had.
Recently, however, despite our very high opinion of her, we discovered that we had underestimated JoAnne´s dedication to customer satisfaction. In our opinion, she truly redefines the meaning of "Service."
An error was made by the escrow company at the time of closing which resulted in our paying more taxes than was appropriate. After several frustrating conversations with the escrow company, we called JoAnne to ask if she could offer some advice on how to best resolve the issue. We were surprised, no, we were shocked when she offered to resolve the problem on our behalf. Having purchased seven homes in the last fifteen years, we have never witnessed anyone as willing to help as JoAnne. Her performance in resolving our problem was just as impressive as was our every encounter with her. She is truly a remarkable representative for Century 21.
As President of Solar Turbines, I have a great deal of experience with serving customers all over the world, which provides me with some knowledge as to what constitutes outstanding performance. Regarding: JoAnne Krause and The Krause Group
In 1993, I moved from Orange County to San Diego to become president of San Diego´s largest community college. Such a relocation was already difficult, but even more so because of the need to purchase a new house in San Diego that was contingent upon the sale of a house in another county, during one of the most depressed real estate market periods in California history. JoAnne Krause masterfully took over this task, and with creativity and efficiency, was able to manage this project in such a manner as to provide me with a wonderful new home with a very minimal financial impact.
When it came time for me to purchase a permanent home in 2001, I again turned to JoAnne Krause because of the positive experience I had had before. My second experience was even better- this time during a very competitive real estate market. JoAnne located my "dream house," which perfectly matched my specifications and completed my successful offer all in the same day. In addition, she was able to manage the sale of my other property in record time- only seven weeks from the time it was listed to the close of escrow.
But JoAnne Krause is more than just a sharp agent. She provides deep concern for her clients´ well being and comfort. JoAnne Krause went to great lengths to assist me with locating a housekeeper, contractors for home improvements, and even a handyman for minor repairs. She introduced me to the shopping areas of my new neighborhood and generally went out of her way to make sure that my transition was entirely positive.
Although I do not intend to move again, I do intend to emphasize to anyone considering a move or change of property that JoAnne Krause has the creativity, acumen, experience, and concern that will make all the difference between success and failure in such ventures. She is a one-of-a-kind, and the Krause Group reflects her same talent and ethical standards.
